IoT Platform – Industrial Monitoring & Management – ​​Scheduler Add-on Package

The ®CWS-SCH Scheduler software module is an additional utility package for the ®CWS IoT Platform that adds cross-functional technical capabilities to various industrial applications, thereby simplifying them.

®CWS-SCH Scheduler introduces calendar- and clock-based scheduling capabilities for events, notifications, commands, and sequences. More broadly, it enables the scheduling of any action the CWS IoT Platform needs to trigger—whether on field devices (such as lighting, heating, air conditioning, machinery, plant systems, or hardware instruments) or within third-party software applications.

Here are some practical examples of how the ®CWS-SCH Scheduler module can be used: creating scenarios to switch lighting systems on and off; managing HVAC/air conditioning for offices or industrial warehouses; handling alarms and notifications based on specific time slots; and, in industrial settings, scheduling the startup and shutdown of machinery using fixed sequences or dynamic ones linked to energy consumption.

The key innovation of this module is the ability to easily integrate these functions with all other features of the ®CWS IoT Platform, ensuring a highly flexible and user-friendly experience tailored to customer needs.

Please note:

A) The Scheduler add-on module requires the purchase or ownership of the CWS-BMN (Base Monitoring) and CWS-TE01 (Action) platform modules.

B) Add-on licenses must match the version of the base monitoring license: for example, if the monitoring license is the LT version, subsequent licenses must also be LT; if the base license is PRO, all other licenses must be PRO.
